Pure electric logistics vehicles as a key project in the new energy automotive industry layout,because of its characteristics of low pollution,low emissions in line with national development philosophy,by government support,and with the electric car industry and related facilities construction development,improve the upgrade ceaselessly,more and more e-commerce companies,logistics companies responded to an appeal by the state,using pure electric car instead of replacing traditional fuel logistics car.Pure electric logistics vehicles mainly suitable for urban logistics distribution,usually distribution are light,bulk goods.However,compared with traditional fuel vehicles,pure electric logistics vehicles still have some shortcomings,such as short range,low resource utilization rate and imperfect supporting facilities.This paper takes pure electric logistics vehicles as the research object,aiming at improving efficiency and reducing cost in logistics enterprises,so as to carry out in-depth analysis and research on BEVRLAP.In this paper,based on the research,the problem of BEVRLAP is proposed by combining the charging facility layout planning problem with the problem of distribution path optimization.On the basis of the traditional static traffic network and according to the characteristics of pure electric logistics vehicles,the influence of temperature environment,road state and driving style on the power consumption of pure electric logistics vehicles is considered,and the charging cost is corrected.The in-depth analysis of BEVRLAP problem is carried out based on the above characteristics.The target function is the cost function of logistics enterprises,including transportation cost,operation cost,service satisfaction cost of soft time window,labor cost and social benefit cost.Firstly,Floyd Algorithm is used to improve the Greedy extraction algorithm,to solve the set coverage model,and to carry out the initial site selection for charging facilities of pure electric logistics vehicles.Then the Genetic Algorithm was used to improve the Tabu Search Aslgorithm,and the BEVRLAP model was solved to obtain the charging facility layout planning scheme and vehicle distribution path.Taking Beijing JX New Energy Logistics Company as the case background,the case is analyzed.Obtain the optimal distribution path of the company's vehicles,and provide decision-making suggestions for the layout planning of the company's charging facilities.The advantages of the algorithm in solving speed and solving quality are verified.The sensitivity analysis on the construction of quick charging pile and vehicle charging strategy proves that the case decision scheme in this paper is scientific and reasonable.
