Reused To Typology Based Urban Fragmented Space Research

Urban fragmented space is an important part of the modern city public space.Cities in China is still in the development process of urbanization.Different types of dominant elements and implicit elements have evolved multiple forms and scales urban fragmented space as a result of the scale of city expansion.They are scattered in every corner of the city and have played a certain function.Urban fragmented space not only take up more and more urban space, but also continue to influence and create the urban space.Based on the current situation of fragmented space in Xi’an,through investigation and analysis of the reason for its existence, the writer analyze the current utilized situation and existing problems based on the typology theory and try to research how to reuse urban fragmented space effectively in a prospective perspective.In the first chapter, we define the object and scope of the study, and clarify the significance of the study.The second chapter introduces the development history of the diversification of typology theory.The third chapter mainly elaborates elements and evolution of the urban fragmented space in typical research.The fourth chapter through extensive field research, analyzes and summarizes the utilization of the urban fragmented space, as well as restrictive factors.The fifth chapter analyzes and summarizes the strategy and significance of the reuse of urban fragmented space based on the reflections on the present situation and cases from home and abroad.The final chapter proposes the use of new technology and new ideas for reconsideration of urban fragmented space and look forward to the future.
