Study On The Subgrade Strong Vibrating Compaction Technology

Subgrade is the foundation of the highway, to play the role of bearing pavement structure and traffic load. Subgrade compaction is a key link in road construction, is one of the important measures to ensure the roadbed quality and performance. Construction of common vibrating road roller tonnage in 20 tons, which appeared in recent years are overweight strong vibration force roller tonnage of 32 tons. But this kind of new type roller compaction performance need to study, this paper based on the research of the super big vibration force roller, roller compaction of subgrade for overweight strong shock performance and technology to provide the reference.Use to simulate the actual working condition of vibrating roller indoor vibratory compactor to study the frequency, the static pressure, the excitation of the three parameters on the high liquid limit clay, earth-rock mixed filling materials, sand soil, and the effects of three kinds of subgrade compaction. Also studied under different vibration conditions of the three subgrade filling the influence of moisture content on the compaction quality. Found to improve the vibration compaction machinery static pressure, the moisture content of the excitation and choose the best, can improve the vibration of the subgrade filling the three pressure work density. Through the vibration force field test overweight strong roller with ordinary vibratory roller compaction of high liquid limit clay respectively effect comparison,analysis, found the strong vibration compaction method on the compaction work deeper depth,under the condition of the guarantee degree of compaction, higher efficiencies.Through the strong vibration compaction and ordinary vibration compaction compaction economic analysis in the form of strong vibration compaction compaction cost than normal compaction means low cost, strong vibration compaction method due to improve the quality of the roadbed compaction, highway during the use of cost of maintenance is also lower than the ordinary vibration compaction, has better fuel economy, and can promote the durability of subgrade using.
