In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization in China,people's environmental requirements are also increasing,the asphalt mixing equipment has gradually developed to the direction of intelligent,humanization,environment protection,energy saving and electromechanical integration.Vibrating screen is the key component of asphalt mixing equipment,and its parameters of performance and reliability become more and more strict,one of the most important parameters are screening efficiency and productivity.As the vibration screen mainly in outdoor work site,the working environment is very complex and bears alternating loads,some components of vibrating screen including side plate,reinforcing plate,motor frame and triangle beam is vulnerable to fatigue damage.Therefore,it is very important for improving the service life and reliability of vibrating screen to carry out static and dynamic analysis of vibrating screen.In this paper,the newly developed LJB2500 type double vibration motor linear multilayer vibrating screen was studied,the working principle of vibrating screen was stated,the structure and model of vibrating screen were simplified,the dynamic vibration model of vibrating screen was established,the performance parameters were obtained by theoretical calculation,three dimensional parametric modeling of vibrating screen was carried out by using UG NX software,and the deformation and stress distribution of the key parts of the vibrating screen was obtained,which provided theoretical basis for the optimization of the vibrating screen.Furthermore,the structure modal simulation and frequency modal response simulation of vibrating screen was carried out.According to the simulation results,the structure of vibrating screen was modified.Therefore,the working frequency of the vibrating screen was far away from its natural frequency and ensured equipment running safety.Finally,the vibration test of the vibrating screen was carried out by using the experimental method,and the dynamic simulation model and its calculation results were tested and compared,the results showed that optimization and improvement of the structure of the vibrating screen is reasonable,its performance parameters were significantly improved,to achieve the goal of product design and trial production.Meanwhile,designing modal test scheme provided a theoretical direction for subsequent modal test.The paper studied the structure and performance of the vibrating screen by theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and test comparison,which provided an important theoretical basis and research ideas for the future development and design of other types of multi-layer liner vibrating screen.
