The traditional vegetable market is a public place for residents’ daily shopping and consumption,an important platform for neighborhood communication in the community,and the place with the most fireworks and memory of the city.However,due to changes in people’s shopping styles,increased shopping experience demands,changes in user needs,changes in logistics methods,the development of urbanization and the “agricultural reform and super” policy,and the environmental sanitation of traditional vegetable markets is not up to standard,Internal problems such as imperfect infrastructure and low service quality have reduced consumers’ satisfaction and recognition of their experience,causing the traditional vegetable market to gradually lose its vitality and face a huge survival crisis.This subject has studied the relevant policies and regulations of the traditional vegetable market at the national and district levels in recent years.By consulting the literature,the related research on traditional vegetable markets at home and abroad is summarized,and the practice cases of updating domestic and foreign vegetable markets are analyzed and compared.From the perspective of service design,using the concepts and methods of service design and consumer behavior theory,taking the day lily market in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou as the research object,the customer’s shopping experience in the day lily market is presented one by one through the service blueprint method.The FGI interview method observes and analyzes the factors that affect customer experience and satisfaction in the daylily market,and uses the KJ method to screen and classify the factors that may affect the customer’s service experience satisfaction,and then collects relevant information through questionnaire surveys.Data,and analyze the factors and reliability of the data through SPSS26.0 software.At the same time,the influence degree of the influencing factors is evaluated,and the factors that effectively affect the customer service experience and satisfaction and the internal correlation between the influencing factors are found Sex.The thesis is based on the factors that affect consumer service experience and satisfaction and their respective internal connections,combined with consumer needs,referenced and borrowed from their excellent case practical experience and research results,combined with consumer psychology theories on the future and the construction of the daylily market The new service model proposes a macro strategy and provides a design plan for space design and transformation to create a harmonious and comfortable shopping place with reasonable functions,cleanliness and complete supporting facilities,so that consumers and operators have a more comfortable experience space.Improve customer satisfaction,improve consumer experience,promote consumer spending,activate the vitality of the traditional vegetable market,and encourage more young groups to participate in the activities and construction of the vegetable market.Provide a certain reference template for optimizing the service mode,transformation and upgrading of traditional vegetable markets in the future.
