With the improvement of the ship monitoring, the requirement of real-time and accuracy drives the ship temperature data acquisition system update. In this paper, we started with the modification of the ship temperature data acquisition system, discussed an idea of the design of the embedded temperature acquisition system based on CANopen protocol. The main work is:Propose the solution of common signal interference in the board level. Through the analysis of the phenomenon of the temperature acquisition system, the hardware solution and design was proposed.Propose the application scheme of embedded system uc-os ii in the specific application. The existing ship temperature acquisition system should be satisfied with the multi-task and real-time requirement. We proposed the application scheme of the existing hardware platform and finished the transplantation of uc-os ii through the analysis of the uc-os ii.Propose the solution of CANopen protocol in specific applications, the high level CANopen protocol cannot be directly applied on the special occasions of the temperature acquisition system. In order to solve this problem, several specific solutions were proposed, we determined the solution of the multi-channel temperature acquisition through the scheme comparison, finished the CANfestival protocol stack transplantation and the object dictionary design etc..Propose the design ideas of the drivers in uc-os ii hardware platform. To make up for the deficiency of the drivers in uc-os ii, we proposed the design idea of the specific platform drivers, finished the key chip drivers.After the design of the ship temperature acquisition system based on the uc-os ii and CANopen, we tested the system, the test included the multiple TPDO, SDO, heartbeat and the malfunction query function etc.., the result showed the scheme feasible.
