Abstract:With the development of field bus technology, computer technology and control theory, modern train operation control system is developing towards digital, networking, automation and integrated, and forming a network-based distributed control system, the importance of the train communication network and communication bus protocol has become increasingly prominent. CANopen protocol is a flexible and configurable application layer protocol of CAN bus. It gets a wide range of application in Europe and other developed countries, applied in the industrial control field and train control field.This thesis researched on a train with six railway carriage marshalling, analyzed the CANopen protocol and the design requirements of subway train communication network, proposed a design of subway train communication network, designed and built the CANopen master and slave hardware platforms based on the DSP TMS320F28335, developed the CANopen master protocol stack and slave protocol stack, built a subway CANopen network communications platform.The PDO packing problem in CANopen network configuration process is researched in this thesis for improving the communication performance of the CANopen network. By analyzing the PDO packing process and packing mechanism, a heuristic algorithm--OLBF algorithm for PDO packing is proposed, the details of OLBF algorithm is given. Two performance evaluation functions of PDO packing algorithm are given to evaluate the performance of classic BF algorithm and OLBF algorithm. The superior performance of OLBF algorithm is analyzed.In this thesis, the OLBF algorithm is used to optimize the network configuration of the subway train communication network. Relevant experiments based on the subway CANopen network communication platform were done. Experimental results show that the design of the subway CANopen communication network meets the design requirements, the OLBF algorithm can effectively improve the communication performance and real-time performance of CANopen train communication network and reduce the busload. It verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this project.Figure 44, table19, reference66.
