| Manufacturing is the process from raw material to finished products, but re manufacturing is an engineering technology will to make retired products to achieve or exceed original level through disassembly, cleaning inspection, repair, assembly, adjustment test etc. Remanufacturing is not only the best way to realize the resource utilization for large amount of waste electromechanical products, but also contribution to China’s energy-saving emission reduction. Now remanufacturing industry is still at the primary stage in China, the basic theory and technology research is relatively weak, so the key process equipment mostly relied on abroad and the manufacturing cost is high. Therefore, in order to improve the manufacturing quality and reduce the cost of manufacturing, it is very important to research and develop high precision, high performance, reasonable price and environmental friendly equipment.In this paper we took cylinder as an example, mainly introduced a variety of clean technology cleaning process, as well as the advantages and disadvantages and related parameters. In order to make the cylinder surface and pipe cleaning more intelligent, we improved the equipment based on original one, the traditional control mode was replaced by PLC and also completed the design and manufacture of the equipment and whether the cleaning equipment can achieve requirements. This article has carried on the CFD analysis to the cleaning process of cylinder oil pipe, provided strong theoretical basis for the optimization of cleaning process. Finally, pointed out the inadequacy of this paper and put forward to the sustainability of the proposed. |
