| With the rapid development of today’s society,the increase of population and people’s increasing material demands,the limited contradiction between human development and resources becomes more and more prominent.The emergence of green remanufacturing project has greatly promoted the development of circular economy.As one of the key components of automobile manufacturing again and again,automobile generator lacks proper life prediction and theoretical guidance of remanufacturing evaluation.This paper focuses on the prediction of residual life and remanufacturability evaluation of automobile generators1.machinery and equipment of the residual life prediction method is studied,combining with the working condition of automobile generator and the structure characteristics of the change on the exciting winding magnetic field characteristics,puts forward the reverse load method,to explore the life of the parts under the action of alternating load law,establish key components for auto generator rotor shaft residual life prediction method;2.Take the HLD-fqz-2c automobile generator as an example,and use the computer finite element simulation software to conduct dynamic simulation and finite element simulation of its rotor shaft,and obtain its fatigue life model based on s-n curve.3.In order to obtain the fatigue life of parts after remanufacturing surface repair,combined with the characteristics of remanufacturing products,fatigue test and tensile test were performed on 45 steel samples with 2Cr13 coating.4.Analyze various factors affecting the remanufacturing feasibility of automobile generators from three aspects of technology,resources and performance,quantitatively model these factors one by one,and establish a remanufacturability evaluation method applicable to automobile generators by using ahp.Based on the above work,the following conclusions are obtained:1.The rotor shaft of automobile generator has high fatigue life and good interchangeability.Its bearings,bolts and electrical components are standardized.2.The mechanical and fatigue characteristics of the parts with 2Crl3 coating after arc spraying will be decreased.The larger the coating thickness,the more obvious the decline degree,which will have a certain impact on the service life of remanufactured products.Therefore,it is concluded that these surface repair technologies,whether spray,electroplating or laser cladding,will leave coating materials on the surface of the repaired parts,which will reduce the physical properties of the matrix3.Compared with other existing evaluation models,the remanufacturing evaluation system established has fewer influencing factors and the required data is relatively easy to obtain.However,when the number of evaluation targets is relatively small,it still appears to be tedious.Therefore,remanufacturing industry should be scaled up and quantified to reflect the characteristics of remanufacturing saving and environmental protection and improve economic benefits. |
