Engineering equipments always works long time in dangerous environment with high load, so it is always damaged at the critical time. Monitoring technology can improve that situation. It can warn users before the danger comes, and also can help to find out where the problem is. It becomes the key technology to improve engineering equipment’s hard situation. Many new technologies were equiped with abroad engineering equipment. However, domestic monitoring system of enginnering equipment has some problems, first, the key components used in the system are heavily dependent on imports; second, it has a long way to catch up abroad monitoring system. So this article do some research on controller and monitoring technology which is used in monitoring system of enginnering equipment.First, this article analysis the demand of monitorting system of engernnering equipment and established the physical model of the sysytem. Second, a new low-cost multi-core heterogeneous PAC structure was proposed. The structure is from two basic points, one point is the traditional front-end of interrupt service which can directly response the interrupt without switching delay, the other is the division and deployment of multi real-time tasks. Third, based on the requirements analysis of local monitoring system, a concept of monitoring development system was proposed. It inputs the sensor messages by in’s type, then establish the mapping relationship between sensors and PAC channel number, and finally configure the data display style. The system can decrease the difficulty in monitroring system development, so that users whose are not familiar with programming can build the sysytem by themselves according to the hardware conditions and requirements. Finally, considering that users may need to monitor the equipment from a far place in practical application scenarios, this article designed a equipment operation management system based on B/S, and thus can monitoring the engineering equipment through a browser.
