| With the wide application of electric vehicles,its charging equipment as a necessary supporting facilities is gradually popularized.Electric vehicle charging equipment is mainly composed of charger,charging pile,communication equipment and human-computer interaction equipment.It has complex structure,bad working environment and prone to failure.Because charging equipment is widely distributed and scattered in geographical location,it brings great problems to the management and maintenance of charging equipment.According to the characteristics of electric vehicle charging equipment,a remote monitoring system of charging equipment is developed based on.Net platform.The system can real-time monitor the working state and charging data of electric vehicle charging equipment,timely find faults and alarm,analyze fault information and give fault diagnosis results and maintenance suggestions,which is of great significance for the promotion and application of electric vehicle charging equipment.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance and current situation of electric vehicle charging equipment at home and abroad.According to the actual situation and demand of domestic charging equipment,the functional modules of the monitoring system are designed,including three modules: condition monitoring,fault handling and account management.The overall design scheme of the four layer structure of the system is given.The four layer structure is equipment layer and communication layer Cloud layer,cloud platform layer and application layer.Secondly,the hardware structure,working principle and working state of the charging equipment are deeply analyzed.On this basis,the common faults of high-power charger and DC charging pile are summarized,which lays the foundation for fault diagnosis.The communication of the system is designed respectively,including the communication design of DC charging pile and electric vehicle,DC charging pile and high-power charger,high-power charger and industrial computer,industrial computer and cloud platform.Then,according to the characteristics of charging equipment,the appropriate fault diagnosis method is selected,the fault diagnosis algorithm suitable for charging equipment is studied,and a set of fault processing flow including fault diagnosis,fault processing and fault tracking is designed.The fault tree of charging equipment is established.Based on the fuzzy fault tree analysis method,the quantitative fault analysis of the fault tree is carried out,and then the fault diagnosis of charging equipment is carried out,and the maintenance suggestions are given.The fault information of the equipment is sent in the form of work order,and the fault processing process can be tracked.Finally,the database selection is carried out,and the data table is designed based on the functional requirements of the system.The system is based on.Net platform,uses HTML,JS and other front-end languages to build the front-end page,and uses C # and other back-end languages to develop the back-end of the monitoring system.Finally,it is deployed and released to the remote server to realize the remote monitoring of electric vehicle charging equipment. |
