With the rapid development of my country’s infrastructure projects,domestic tunnel projects have shown a trend of scale and complexity,which has brought new challenges to tunnel monitoring.However,how to achieve efficient integrated management of monitoring data based on wireless information technology and establish a real-time three-dimensional visualization monitoring platform is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.From the early manual inspections to the current automated monitoring equipment,from on-site inspections to wireless monitoring,with the rapid development of information technology,the tunnel monitoring system is showing a trend towards cloud platforms.However,the current monitoring system mostly stays in the way of drawing.In planarization,the contrast three-dimensional display is not intuitive enough,especially in the combination of monitoring information and models.This paper takes a large-scale tunnel project as the research object,combined with the 3D advantages of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,and proposes a tunnel engineering monitoring method based on the BIM cloud platform.The main research contents include:(1)Designed a tunnel engineering monitoring system based on BIM cloud platform.The development and application status of tunnel monitoring are sorted out,and monitoring targets and early warning methods are selected according to national standards and industry regulations.The data link of hardware sensor + IFC standard + cloud storage + Web(BIM model + monitoring and early warning visualization)is proposed to verify the feasibility of BIM cloud technology in the field of tunnel engineering monitoring,and to explore the further development of tunnel engineering visual monitoring.(2)According to the information expansion requirements of tunnel monitoring,analyze the current application status of IFC standards in the field of tunnel engineering,establish a database that automatically reads the real-time monitoring information of sensors,and use GUID as identification to realize automatic writing of monitoring information.(3)Designed an automated monitoring information management database,using SQL Server to process and store the monitoring information of tunnel construction,and using ADO.NET technology to complete the automatic reading and writing of monitoring data and the establishment of interactive data query function modules,through Winform Achieve over-limit reminder and monitoring information expansion.(4)The visualization platform structure of "Dynamo+Revit" is studied,and four functional modules are connected with Python language through the Revit API interface.In the platform,by selecting the sensor components in the tunnel model,the safety of the structure can be reflected in color in real time according to the changes in data such as settlement size,and the construction of a visual monitoring system based on the IFC standard and the tunnel model can be completed.(5)Apply the tunnel engineering visual monitoring system based on the BIM cloud platform proposed in this paper to the safety monitoring of the Dahengqin tunnel project during the construction phase.According to practice,it is proved that the structural health of the tunnel site can be monitored in real time in the cloud platform to verify this article The feasibility of the designed system.
