Brushless Direct Current Motor(BLDCM) is a new type of motor which is developed due to the development of the power electronics, control theory and motor control technology. BLDCM has been widely used in industrial applications, because this motor not only has the merit of the AC induction Motor for simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance but has the merit of the DC Motor for easy control and high performance.On the basis of the summary for developments and applications of BLDCM control system, the paper introduces the structure and operational principle of BLDCM, the theory of Back-EMF method is introduced and analyzed in detail, and then introduces several start-up methods.According to the control system strategy, this paper applies the thought of system integration to the MOSFET inverter, the drive circuit of the BLDCM is designed with IR2136, The circuit has the defensive function of under voltage, over current. On the basis of drive circuit, the paper also designed the protection circuit, signal detection circuit, power supply circuit. Then, the signal detection circuit including current detection circuit, voltage detection circuit, hall location detection circuit and the Back-EMF zero crossing detection circuit. And then introduced the choice of the electronic components and calculation of parameters in detail.Finally, simulate the whole circuit according to the functional module, and then analyze the Hall signal waveform, current and voltage signal waveform, sensor less position signal waveform, the analysis results show that this design scheme is reasonable, stable operation and better performance.
