The brushless DC motor(BLDCM)is a new mechatronics motor with the emergence of semiconductor electronics technology.It is a product combined with the modern electronic technology(including power electronics,microelectronics techno logy),control theory and motor technology.Therefore,brushless DC motor is considered to be the 21st century' s most promising controlling motor for a wide range of applications.In the 21st century,with the rapid development of computer technology,especially with the rapid development the graphical user interface(Graphical User Interface,referred to as the GUI,also known as the graphical user interface)makes people get great development in computer-aided design(CAD-Computer Aided Design)technology.This paper is in the purpose of studying computer-aided design of brushless DC motor technology and developing a set of combined with magnetic circuit calculation and magnetic field simulation analysis of BLDCM CAD system.This paper introduces the application of a brushless DC motor and analyzes the current situation and development of CAD systems.To meet brushless DC motor design features,combined with Matlab/GUI,develop a friendly interface BLDCM CAD system Through analysis of magnetic flux leakage coefficient and back EMF coefficient,then take them into the calculation of the magnetic circuit CAD system to get performance parameters and basic operating characteristics.Then simply optimize the efficiency of the motor,and via the steady-state analysis of the dynamic performance of the motor and the motor's magnetic field simulation to optimize the motor design certification better.Combined with a high-speed low-power BLDCM,use the CAD system to design electromagnetic scheme and achieve its efficiency optimization,and analysis the electromagnetic field by the finite element analysis software,that achieve the indirect coupling.then through the establishment interface between the system and Matlab/Simulink to strike through the dynamic characteristic of the performance of the motor.The final simulation results show that the CAD system has entirely feasible and practical value.
