Nowadays,the crane is more widely used.The safety monitoring technology of crane has become a popular research topic.By monitoring the crane,the staff can monitor the operating parameters of crane in real-time and exclude malfunction in a timely manner.This paper presents a three-level crane safety monitoring system which is divided into site monitoring level,localized monitoring level and remote monitoring level.It can meet the demand of staff at all levels for cranes surveillance.In the design of crane site monitoring level,it elaborates the function of crane safe monitor.It takes MC9S12DG128 as the core to design.The hardware design includes the smallest single-chip system,CAN communication circuit,serial communication circuit,a three-phase alternating current detection circuit,a signal conditioning circuits of gravity sensor,DA output circuit and monitor’s power circuit.The software design includes the process of software design,system initialization,the phase and phase sequence programs of a three-phase electric and the program design of serial communication.In the design of crane localized monitoring level,it can analysis the process of creating the network of ZigBee terminal node,the process of joining the network of router node and coordinator node.It develops the application layer of Zstack protocol stack.It writes the transceiver program of wireless data and serial port application program.It can analysis IEEE802.15.4a channel loss model and get factors influence on ZigBee wireless network transmission distance.We engaged in the research to optimize the AODV routing protocol. We use graphical programming language LabVIEW to design the PC monitoring interface and choose the database Access 2007 foe database application development.In the design of crane remote monitoring system level,we use LabVIEW to release front panel on Web for remote workers to view.At the same time,the system is based on B/S model and uses ARM development board S3C6410 to design the embedded Linux remote video monitoring system.It can complete the image acquisition,image compression and data transmission.It uses Socket to design the communication system based on C/S,the remote management can control and direct the operation of the crane.It is proved that the design of crane triple intelligent and security monitoring system can meet the requirements of expected performance,and it has good stability and reliability to achieve industrial product grade requirement.
