The study of the accelerometer dynamic characteristics provides important support in the application of aviation, weapons and other areas. Accelerometer has inherently dynamic characteristics, which need to be accurately tested. With the upgrading of the accelerometer test accuracy, requirements of the test system integration continue to increase, the performance and function of general sensor test system is insatiable for the accelerometer testing requirement. Development of computer technology and test technology provides a new development space for test system integration, virtual instrument technology is important to the accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system’s hardware and software integration and realization.Based on the detailed analysis of the accelerometer dynamic characteristics test demands and the combination of virtual instrument technology, in this paper, the study of the accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system gives the architecture of the dynamic characteristics of the accelerometer test system, each function module definition and design principles of overall integration and realization. Combined with PXI virtual instrument technology, integrated accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system gives design and implementation methods of hardware and software, designs central software modules for specific testing needs. Accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system’s data analysis function module achieves data processing, accelerometer model parameter identification and analysis of the test results of the dynamic characteristics.The results show that, with the feasibility of accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system integration technology based on virtual instrument, the integrated accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system is practical, and can provide a wealth-friendly software panel. Integration and implementation of the accelerometer dynamic characteristics test system can provide important support for the testing of the accelerometer dynamic characteristics. |
