Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy,environmental pollution and energy reduction are becoming more and more serious.Pure water hydraulic transmission technology is a kind of green environmental protection transmission technology which replaces pure hydraulic oil with pure water.As everyone knows,the water has the advantages of non-toxic,a wide range of sources,green health,good flame retardance and so on,the research work of many countries in the world are committed to water hydraulic technology,progress and development of hydraulic technology has become an important trend of the development of hydraulic field.Based on a large number of references at home and abroad,this paper discusses the research and development status of hydraulic system and components at home and abroad,the research direction and content of pure water hydraulic transmission cylinder are put forward.This thesis is a part of the theory and experimental research of the "green drive energy saving differential pressure control valve",which is supported by Yunnan science and technology plan.This thesis summarizes the analysis of water medium in the tribological and corrosive defect of hydraulic transmission,analysis of hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic cylinder seal,in material,structure,friction and flow characteristics of the different aspects,combined with modern technology and hydraulic simulation technology for the research and design of water hydraulic cylinder,analyzes the key technical problems facing the water hydraulic cylinder.Firstly,the present situation of the hydraulic cylinder components in the hydraulic system is studied,and the key technical problems in the field of hydraulic cylinder are introduced.Secondly,based on the model of the hydraulic cylinder system,the leakage of the hydraulic cylinder system based on SIMULINK is simulated,and the influence of different clearances and different hydrodynamic viscosity coefficient on the leakage is obtained;Analysis of the characteristics of low leakage and low friction hydraulic cylinder.Based on the Fluent simulation,the thesis analyzes the situation of the clearance leakage between the piston and the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder,establishes the two-dimensional and three-dimensional diagram of the cylinder body,the size of hydraulic cylinder is calculated and the structure of hydraulic cylinder is designed;Finally,processing of water hydraulic cylinder,the design of the valve body of the water pressure test bench was modified,the static and dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder were measured and analyzed with the hydraulic pressure transmission experimental platform,the test curve of the measured cylinder is obtained,and the experimental results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the design of the hydraulic cylinder components is reasonable and meets the design requirements of the project.
