The hydraulic grab is an advanced tool suitable for the construction of underground continuous wall.In this paper,the main working parts of the hydraulic grab are taken as the research object,and the modeling and simulation analysis of the mechanical transmission system and the electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic control system are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:According to the application and research status of hydraulic grabs of underground continuous wall at home and abroad,the structural characteristics of various hydraulic grabs and their respective technical advantages and disadvantages are summarized.The HLG-800 hydraulic grab mechanical transmission structure and hydraulic control are designed.The system proposes a basic control strategy for implementing various control functions.The HLG-800 hydraulic grab multi-lift dynamic virtual prototype was established,and the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic grab mechanism was carried out.The HLG-800 master cylinder load sensitive(LS)electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic control system was established,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the hydraulic grab electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control system was carried out.4.Refer to the construction case of the hydraulic grab related products,combined with the author's own experience in visiting the relevant manufacturers and exhibitions,in-depth study of the simulation analysis based on the virtual prototype,and propose an optimized design to improve the performance of the grab,further The optimized model is analyzed and tested to verify the feasibility and optimization of the solution.The hydraulic grab is a typical engineering product integrated with electro-hydraulic technology.The load during the construction of the soil layer is complex and variable.The load acting on the bucket is approximated and simplified during the research,and the electro-hydraulic is applied to it.The proportional control loop is adjusted by different control signals and PID parameters,and each working parameter is tested by the joint simulation mode,which provides feasible optimization measures for the performance improvement of related products.
