The savage growth period and golden period of the development of China’s real estate industry have passed,and the phenomenon of selling out at the beginning is rare.The pressure of sales and payment collection of real estate companies increasing.The schedule management and schedule control of real estate projects become the key management and control points of real estate enterprises.The schedule of L project developed and constructed by B real estate company lags behind in the specific implementation process of the project.Therefore,adopting scientific schedule management and control methods to ensure L project to complete the set goals on schedule has become the primary task of L project management team of B real estate company.Based on the real estate development project,taking L project of B real estate company as an example,this thesis uses the basic theory and method of project schedule management,and tries to optimize the project schedule management system on the premise of respecting the natural law,on the basis of ensuring project quality and project cost,so as to quickly and effectively solve the problem of L project schedule management and control.Firstly,this thesis reviews the concept and function of project schedule management,the theoretical basis and methods of project schedule management;secondly,according to the status quo of L project schedule management in B real estate company,it analyzes the actual problems existing in schedule management and the reasons affecting the schedule;finally,it uses the basic theory and method of schedule management and control to prepare L project schedule plan of B company,Based on the analysis of problems and causes,the project schedule management scheme of company B is optimized,and the guarantee measures for project schedule management of company B are formulated.This study has a certain role in promoting the improvement of project schedule management ability of company B.In this thesis,through the organic combination of theory and practice,based on the development of scientific project schedule,the use of project schedule management methods and tools,optimize the schedule management plan,develop the corresponding safeguard measures,implement the management and control of the project schedule,promote the completion of the project on schedule,and provide the relevant theory and method reference for the work of B company in project schedule management.
