A Study On Total Quality Management In The Project Of Construction Of Hongyuan Alcohol Culture Painting Court In Shouguang City

Construction is listed as the three pillars of industry with the iron and steel, automobile in Western countries. It is an important industrial sector of the national economy. Since the founding of our country, construction, industry, agriculture, transportation and commerce have been collectively known as the "five material production sectors". In fourteenth Party Congress, President Jiang Zemin put forward that machinery, electronics, petrochemical, automobile manufacturing and construction were the four industry pillars of national economy revitalization.Sustained and stable development, urban construction and urbanization accelerated provide new opportunities for China’s construction industry. But in recent years, a series of incidents, "House crunchy", "House YY", "House Tuotuo", "building shook," "House definitely" endanger people’s lives and property so that China’s construction enterprises image has been damaged. At the same time, globalization also makes China’s construction enterprises face with more intense and severer competition and challenges from all over the world. "Rise of engineering, quality-oriented" and quality is the root of construction project, affecting the applicability of the project, the survival of enterprises, and the relationship between people’s lives, property safety and social stability. So how do China’s construction enterprises strengthen quality management and improve construction quality?Based on the above and other needs, the paper is focus on Hongyuan alcohol culture painting court project (hereinafter referred to Shouguang alcohol culture painting Court) in Shouguang City, using the methods of literature survey, expert interviews, the actual investigation, induction, analysis and reasoning in order to apply the concept of total quality management to improve the quality of construction.The first part is the introduction in which the background, condition of the study on construction project quality management at home and abroad, research ideas are listed. The research methods, techniques and innovations route are included in this chapter.The second part is the theories about construction project quality management. It introduces the concepts of quality management of construction projects, characteristics, influencing factors. This chapter focuses on the theory of total qualitymanagement including the concept of total quality management, procedures and methods.The third part is the problems of Shouguang alcohol culture painting court project and construction quality management, and pointed out the root of the problems.The fourth part is about total factors management in total management of Shouguang alcohol culture painting court project. It analyzes the five factors influenced the project quality with total quality management theory, and proposes solutions for various factors combined with the problems.The fifth part is the whole process management of Shouguang alcohol culture painting court project quality management. It analyses systematically all phases including engineering design, investigation and survey, construction, project acceptance combining with the problems and proposes solutions for all stages.The last part of this study is conclusion and outlook. It summarizes the development and application of total quality management theory and puts forward prospects.
