Construction quality is caused extensive concern of the society, many of the projects have many defects, left a lot of hidden danger for the safety of the people. In this paper, the corresponding research on how to control engineering construction quality according to the new fourth project of Yantai City Development Zone construction.First, Study on the current situation of construction quality management at home and abroad are summarized, and put forward the research significance.This paper gives a brief concept of quality and quality management, and analyzed the characteristics of engineering project quality management and the whole process is obtained, its main process is:quality goals; quality planning; quality assurance and quality control.Then gives a brief overview of the new fourth school infrastructure projects, including the project size, duration and other aspects of the participants.From the quality objectives based on planning, management mechanism and management principles of planning on new fourth school infrastructure project quality; but also from the quality assurance and specific measures, technical basis, methods to ensure the new fourth school infrastructure project quality.
