| Coal is major fossil energy sources of our country, but also the most important part of lots of chemical production. With the rapid economical development, coal’s position in Chinese energy and chemical industry is getting more and more important. And compressor and it’s control system is the most important part in the technology of the coal.Centrifugal compressor is the most important device in industry such as petrochemicals, chemical processing of coal, natural gas transportation, metallurgy, national defense etc. There are lots of strongpoint, such as high gas transmission rate, stable operation, less maintain, easy to be automatic and large-scale. but it also has some insurmountable shortcomings such as adaptability of operation low, unsuitable in low flow field, narrow steady operation area, easy surge etc. So it must be equipped with a series of control system such as outlet pressure control, antisurge control,1, vibration control, status monitor etc. Because of PLC strongpoint, it become the core of chemical precessing of coal.This thesis analyzes the work principal, process characteristics and performance curve of the centrifugal compressor control system, especially discussed the phenomena, mechanism and protection method of the surge. At last, it gives an example of how to design a real centrifugal compressor control system both in hardware and software. The architecture of the distributed control system is based on the IPC and TMR PLC. Operator interface is designed by the Intouch10.1 configuration software. Communication system is based on the Ethernet network using TCP/I protocol. A series of antisurge control methods are putted forward using traditional PI algorithm combined with step output,v ariant limit flow. Using the status monitor system, the fault can diagnosed when it happened, and prevent the failure before it happened, the control system has a perfect future for practical industrial application. |
