Centrifugal compressor is a kind of high speed rotating machinery. It can meet the needs of gas compression in industry. It is widely used in the industry. It is widely used in many important departments such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas pipeline, refrigeration and smelting. With the development of science and technology compressor regardless of in performance or in the safety and reliability of operation have been greatly improved, but the centrifugal compressor also exist some difficult to eliminate the disadvantages, such as stable operating region is narrow, prone to surge. In addition, the stable operation of the centrifugal compressor is also influenced by other conditions, such as load, gas properties, temperature, etc., it can be said that the control of centrifugal compressor is a complicated field, so that a reliable control system plays a decisive role in the stable operation of the compressor.Centrifugal compressor surge of compressor harm great, must be equipped with control system to prevent the surge, this paper focuses on centrifugal compressor anti surge control study, in ensuring the safe and stable operation, as far as possible to realize the optimal control, type take compressor does not exceed the safety margin, near the anti surge control line operation of advanced control algorithm, to reduce the anti surge valve opening, reduce compressor speed, to realize the high efficiency and energy saving operation of the centrifugal compressor.Combined with the actual production, were analyzed based on the working principle of compressor, the compressor control system architecture, interlock logic, speed control, anti surge control, advanced control were systematically described in, and in some FCC rich gas compressor control system transformation as the background, the human-machine interface of control system, the performance curve of compressor anti surge control, interlock control system design, the realization of the friendly operation interface, advanced control algorithm, fast response speed, considerable energy saving effect, for the factory brought tangible economic benefits.
