| Centrifugal compressor is the crucial device during the process of the production for it widely are used in metallurgy, petrochemical, chemical, PTA, long distance pipeline and oil field of chemical industry. During this process production, the centrifugal compressor is utilized to convey various process gas or other gases, and the pressure is improved via the impeller compression, then the following needed gas under the various case condition will be meet. With the rapid development of China’s oil chemical industry, the requirement of both centrifugal compressor and centrifugal compressor control system is more power. Meanwhile, the automatically of both the control system and antis urge control system is particularly important.The mainly research content includes the following four parts:(1) The structure, classification and working principle of the centrifugal compressor is introduced firstly, and the characteristic of the centrifugal compressor is learned fatherly. Based both the introduction and learning, the research purpose of the centrifugal compressor is confirmed.(2) The surge harm, surge reason, surge line and anti-surge line of the compressor control system are expatiated firstly. The speed regulation control, pressure regulating system, temperature control system, liquid level control system and different pressure control system of the centrifugal compressor are all further introduced and the necessary alarm and interlock protection system are all described in this part.(3) According to the process flow of centrifugal compressor, take the compressor pneumatic system and lubricants road system as two examples to complete the selection of the centrifugal compressor field instrument.(4) Based on the control requirement of the centrifugal compressor and each regulation system to design the hardware and software of the centrifugal compressor. And the logic of the centrifugal compressor is introduced briefly. |
