The schedule analyzed costs of development of this project which included prior cost, building cost,subsidiary cost and stipulated fees, and used as an cost control target of the project. Distinct cost schedule set budget for procurement bidding and limited cost in design and construction drawing fees.At cost control analyze phase and cost control measurements discussion phase, characteristics of affordable housing are crucial elements in problems like affordable housing price making, project decision making, purchase positioning, underground garage designing, and so on. Then the article analyzed potential cost variance at design,bidding, construction and audition stages, and relevant underlying reasons. Cost control problems that might present at each stage also been pointed out and analyzed through measurement key points and detailed solutions.
