Research On Schedule Management Of The Implementation Of Shaxian County Intelligent Transportation System Projects

With the rapid expansion of city size, and how to better manage the city became the focus of management attention. Whether in developed or developing countries, city buses have been used as an effective measure to solve the urban traffic congestion problems. However, with the rapid growth of urban population, the rapid expansion of urban areas, the number of passenger buses to grow exponentially, transport capacity and management level and the rapid development of urban public transport in the city’s growing mismatch. City bus is an urgent need to introduce new intelligent transportation monitoring and dispatching system that allows management of urban public transportation scheduling more orderly, more powerful car order maintenance.This paper takes the intelligent transportation system of shaxian mobile companies with Shaxian Bus Company as research object,, combined with network transmission solutions shaxian mobile company to provide, the use of relevant theories and methods of project management, the use of WBS(Work Breakdown Structures, Work Breakdown Structure), Gantt charts, network diagrams and other project schedule management method of transmission network project progress intelligent transportation system management, optimization. On the basis of previous studies, combined with their own practical experience, explore the intelligent transportation system transmission network project schedule management approach. By using the theory and methods of project schedule management in practice, carried out in the project implementation process effective schedule control, and achieved good results, the follow-up work and other similar projects have good references and reference value.
