Risk Management Research On The CFZX Construction Project

As one of our national pillar industries, the real estate project plays an important role in the healthy development of the national economy. However, there are many risks in the real estate projects of their characteristics of a large investment, long cycle, the distinctness of the regional features, the fund to recycle in a big way, in entire life cycle different period faced with various risk. Therefore, carrying on the recognition and the analysis to the risk of property development project, and discovering the corresponding countermeasure to control risk, has a great important to reduce the property development project’s risk and it can guarantee the investment success.This thesis uses the basic theories to study the project risk management. Combined with the characteristics of the real estate project, we select a project named the CFZX Real Estate Project of the W Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. as the case. The CFZX Real Estate Projects study is based on the accumulation of the previous project risk management theory. From the aspects of risk identification, the risk responses to the specific analysis and research. The successful implementation of for the CFZX Real Estate Projects puts forward some operable suggestions and comments, especially the application of the project risk analysis theory and technology of risk management and the risk monitoring model project. Through the application of the process model, the study sets up an universal and maneuverable industrial project risk management process model. The process model can provide a reference for the engineering project risk management, can save the resources, can improve efficiency objective, and can build a solid professional foundation for the benign operation of the future of the enterprise.
