Hydroacoustic target simulator is a computer system for modeling underwater acoustic signals, by electrical simulation of ship and vehicle reflection characteristics and noise characteristics. and then simulate acoustic echo target on a computer or other device in real-time.With the development of electronic technology, sensors and computer technology as the basis, DSP and computer software as the core of information detection and control system already has a perception, thinking, reasoning, learning, judgment, control decision-making executive ability. Advanced homing system is not only able to identify point target, but also can identify the surface scale even body target, the ability to recognize more and more strong; Its signal system, from simple single signal system to a multi-signal joint institutional development. It puts forward higher requirements on the target simulator. Signal processing platform, which is the core of Hydroacoustic target simulator, its performance directly affects the effect of the target simulator. Therefore, need a high performance, high reliability of signal processing platform.In this thesis, based on scientific research project, designed a hydroacoustic signal processing platform target simulator. The platform based on the structure of DSP + FPGA, this kind of structure has many advantages. From the computing power and control capacity, DSP as the core of the whole signal processing platform operation, and FPGA as the core logic control section is responsible for each device data exchange and signal communication between child platform. In addition, the FPGA has a strong processing power, can afford the DSP is not good at processing.Platform chose two pieces of high performance signal processing chip ADSP-TS101 for computing core and two pieces of FPGA chip as a core interface control and logical control. Have 4 A/D interface and 4 D/A interface as well as 2 road external link interface, in addition also has the CPCI high-speed data transmission interface. To ensure the ability of data processing and transmission signal processing platform, to meet the requirements of underwater acoustic target simulator.According to high speed signal integrity in the design of hardware, puts forward the corresponding design specifications and noise suppression methods. Combined with PCB design of the signal processing platform, the use of HyperLynx simulation software to optimize PCB design, effectively reduce the noise and improve the stability of the platform and anti-interference ability.Implementation of this signal processing platform that can satisfy the engineering requirement, and can be used as general signal processing platform is applied to other related projects.
