This paper studies signal processing of the high-speed linear-CCD photo-target which is used for measuring the disperse coordinate which is shot by the projectile of guns, including the researching of signal processing methods (algorithms) and the firmware program of the real-time requirements.Simulation experiments of dual CCD optical target with linear-CCD cameras and acquisition boards in the commercialization are done; the problem of the two cameras synchronous exposure is solved; a suitable non-coplanar correction algorithm is researched.The range of noise and how to determine the best image gray threshold in the system with image processing platform based on the environment of VC++ are studied; and the law of the noise that is generated by the light frequency on the system is studied and the problem of lighting noise is solved; the suitable image processing method for different diameters targets and the background is researched.The integer project of the signal processing part and the data transmitting way in light of the project's requirement is designed; and the peripheral circuit of the DSP TMS320C6416,such as FIFO, Flash,SDRAM, and the communication interface circuit of RS-232 between DSP and the computer is designed.
