In recent years, with the fast development of electronic devices and popularity of computer,traditional spectral instrument has not been able to meet requirements in the data transmission speed and volume.So, spectral analysis equipment is becoming miniaturization and portability.In this paper, a method on how to design a miniaturized spectrometer based on CCD is introduced. The thesis includes three parts.Firstly, hardware system uses CY7C68013A-56 with FPGA controls analog signals’ converting into digital signals by AD converter,stores the converted digital signals and sends them to PC through USB.The main contents include: design of power circuit, interface circuit, A/D converting circuit and the chips auxiliary circuit and other hardware circuits.Secondly,software mainly discusses design of firmware of CY7C68013A-56 chip, device drivers and man-machine interface. It includes: initialization program, user-defined request,USB device descriptor and PC man-machine interface program etc. Thirdly, I have dealt with de-noising with MATLAB, calculated the range of wavelength the system could test and system resolution. Also, I have calculated the wavelength’s accuracy and repeatability,and analized the system’s error. Acquisition. Miniature integrated circuit design scheme meets the characteristies and requirements of the spectrometer of Miniaturized and portable used.
