Electrochemical Analysis Tester

Design of the 16-channel electrochemical analyser is introduced in this paper. Based on the system performance and technical indices, the design process is given in detail, combining with the application background. At the very beginning, the overall framework of the 16-channel electrochemical analyser is proposed, and both the hardware and software are designed based on the framework. Design of the hardware is made up of the potentiostat, the module of current detection, USB interface and the microcontroller module; and design of the software is made up of microcontroller program, USB firmware and application program on PC.In the end, the tests and the electrochemistry experiments are finished to test the performance of the 16-channel electrochemical analyser, which indicates that the 16-channel electrochemical analyser can meet the design requirements adequately.In addition, design of the electrochemical analyser based on the embedded computer technique is also discussed in this paper. And the application programs are developed under the Windows CE operating systems, simulating the process of the electrochemical experiment.
