This paper takes the need of the state monitor & fault diagnosisesystem for the manufactory field as a research object, making use of thetechnology of USB2.0 interface, anti-aliasing fileter and DAQ, developethe portable data acquisition system for portable PC-based faultdiagnosise system based on USB. The whole system is composed ofanti-aliasing fileter, AD sampling circuit, USB2.0 communicationinterface, device driver, and API.The main work of this paper is as follows:1. According to the function request of the system and the modulethought of design, the realization of strategy which is based on thetechnology of USB2.0 communication is brought forward. Under thecomparion of some interface method between these modules, the totaldesign project of system is established.2. The design method of analog filter is expounded. Compare somekind of analog filter prototype, and select the optimal prototype, thelowest order for the data acquisition system. Then, a design method ofadaptation anti-aliasing filter for this DAQ system is shown,and researchof its digital method of phase correction.3. According to the characteristic of portable device, design theanti-aliasing filter with the MAX291 and MAX7426,AD sampling circuitwith MAX197,USB2.0 interface circuit based on CY7C68013A,developthe relevant firmwave for AD sampling and USB2.0 communication etc.4. Finished the development of WDM device driver for the DAQsystem, write the relevant INF file; analyses the requirement ofapplication using this system, develop the relevant API; develop a demoapplication using the technology of multithreading under Windows, andtest the whole system including handware and softwave.The result of experiment shows that the system is consistentlydependable and has good feature. The aim of the system is realized. It canimprove the efficiency and quality of state monitor & fault diagnosise asa new style DAQ device. And its "portable" feature is very obviously, has certain practicability and economic benefit.
