Research On Quality Management Of The Construction Project In Shouguang Luocheng School

The construction industry is the foundational industry of our society. The "project, quality first", quality is the life of any construction project. Quality function of the construction projects affects the engineering project efficiency, and is closely related to people’s life and property security. As far as public welfare on school construction is concerned, education development can’t do without the school construction. Improving the level of school hardware, it can provide a good learning and growing environment, which is benefit for the healthy development of young people, and bring good social effect. So to ensure and improve the quality of the construction project is an eternal theme. At present illegal behavior in the school construction project is increasingly reduced, project engineering quality has been improved greatly. Modern engineering technology is becoming more and more complex, how to continuously improve the quality level of the building, optimize and improve the quality management methods, has become imperative of school construction at the moment.In this paper, combining the example of the school construction project, firstly it explain the concept of project quality management and control, principle and mode of quality management in theory, and research and study the method and process in the construction quality control of each stage, we can find the theoretical basis of quality management. Secondly through the background introduction of Shouguang Luocheng school construction project, it illustrate the necessity of school construction project quality management. Combining the quality standards for school construction projects, it use qualitative methods, which is scene description method to analysis the project preliminary design of the project management in advance. Also use the method of site management to control the quality in the middle of construction, as well as continual improvement of engineering after the end of the project. Meanwhile, it expound the necessity of establishing the quality evaluation system in construction industry. Finally, according to analyze the possible or existing quality management issues, aiming at how to avoid the sample project problems effectively, how to play the role of government quality supervision, and then establishing the scientific system, purposing the methods and countermeasures about quality management of school engineering construction project in the end. It has a certain reference value for the current quality management of school engineering construction project.
