Application Research On Quality Management Of CCH Primary School Construction Project

The construction quality of primary school campus is of great importance.This paper applies relevant theories of project quality management and takes the construction of Yancheng Chuanchanghe Primary School as the research project.Starting from introducing the profile,key points and difficulties of the construction project,this paper analyzes the problems such as low level of professional management and low capital investment profits in the project and points out the characteristics including the irreversibility of construction project,various factors influencing the quality,high quality invisibility and limitation of final inspection.According to the characteristics of the engineering quality management,this paper aims to study how the owners play the leading role from the interaction of various factors in the process of primary school campus construction as well as the interaction of each participant's behavior in the project quality management.Under the background of "made in China 2025",this paper analyzes 5M1 E factors influencing project quality from the owners' points of view.Meanwhile,it expounds the settings of primary school campus project quality management assurance system as well as quality control process.With the purpose of solving the weak links in the project management of the owner side and improving the overall project quality,this paper focuses on investigating three stages: preparation stage,construction stage and post-construction stage,by ensuring the effective control over quality of project construction process,using project management methods,establishing the project quality management organization,working out quality management flow chart and optimizing quality management organization.The post construction stage mainly concerns disposal of the unqualified items,preventive measures for common quality problems and management of project completion acceptance.With the craftsmen' spirit of making perfection more perfect,it aims to continuously correction of control over quality,realize the core idea of "made in China 2025 "namely innovation-driven,quality first,green development,and focus on improving the quality of engineering,thus improving effectiveness of Chuanchanghe Primary School project construction quality management.The project evaluation has proved that the effectiveness of quality control is basically up to the expected value.
