Research On Construction Quality Control Of Chaoyang School Training Center Project

In recent years,with China's soaring property prices,many companies rush deadlines in the premise to maximize the benefits,and reduce the quality of the project,there are many accidents frightful to the ear.Therefore,the quality of the project is the top priority of our project management.This paper mainly studies the quality control of construction projects,and takes Chaoyang training center project as an example.First analyzes the research status at home and abroad,introduces the purpose and significance of the research,the basic concepts,construction quality management and control theory are discussed,combined with the Chaoyang School Training Center project,the quality problem of Chaoyang engineering analogy school project of the quality control problems on the Chaoyang industry school training center project,using ABC classification management method,classified management of engineering quality problems.According to the theory of PDCA cycle of construction personnel management,materials and machinery,construction method and construction environment in detail improvement,clarifies the Chaoyang School Training Center project construction quality control and management method of the improvement measures,the use of total quality management,control and afterwards control system,control in advance,and finally come to the conclusion that this the construction project quality control of the focus from the "talent machine ring" perspective.Through the research on construction quality control of Chaoyang Engineering School Training Center project,comprehensive quality management methods are applied in the process of project construction,to strengthen the construction quality control and management of the project,the study can be extended to the similar engineering construction quality control.
