Research On The Design Of High Strength Development Project In Urban Center

With the rapid development of the economy and real estate in mordern society,development and construction of urban centers has become a key urban construction. The city center is the most scarce urban land resources area, land supply and demand is most concentrated areas, the city center is the focus of intensive development of land area,resulting in high strength development projects to flourish. How to conduct urban development is a major problem facing our city, although carried out intensive development model has been widely accepted theory and practice areas, but how intensive development, especially in urban centers with a high value, high-impact project to develop high-strength, still not very scientific theory.
