In the context of the integration of urban and rural areas, new rural construction in southwest minority areas is also steadily improving. The improvement of living conditions in rural areas, the rural characteristics of landscape planning, and rural industrial structure adjustment by the government at all levels unprecedented attention. And because most of the workers in urban and rural planning are lack of rural life experience, and even fewer about the knowledge of minority villages. When they are planning the construction of ethnic villages, they mostly copy the theory of urban planning, but ignoring the original texture of villages minority areas, the original cultural patterns, and the original neighborhood, resulting in a negative side effect of thousands of villages. Xilin is known as "three provinces on one shoulder" reputation in Guangxi, and is a multi-ethnic coexistence in the region, there maintained a relatively complete ethnic traditional cultural practices. In order to make the rural landscape to serve the local residents better, this work cited the related books and references such as landscape architecture, landscape ecology and architecture as theoretical guidance, within the minority rural production and living environment, living facilities, folk customs, etc. field survey experience, on the basis of theory and practice analysis within the minority villages dwelling houses, village landscape facilities allocation and protection of neighborhood renovation and planning to make some recommendations. To take full advantage of local natural landscapes and ethnic diversity of cultural tourism resources, promote "culture of Gouding" tourism industry, make the cultural tourism industry more national characteristics, this work is base on the field investigations about Nayan ancient village, White Horse village, Hongyan village in Guangxi, and Bamei in Yunnan, and other natural landscape and cultural landscape with a value of tourism development.Then sum up its experience in building and deficiencies, the basis of summarizing the above information and field visits to research, the paper finally used the Xinfeng village of ecological migrants along Tuoniang River to be practice cases.Through the research and exploration of this article, concluded that in promoting the integration of urban and rural areas and the development of local characteristics and cultural tourism in the process, Xilin should pay attention to the protection and utilization of the existing natural landscape resources, respect for and understanding of cultural practices of all ethnic groups, extend the rural industry in depth the primary industry and tertiary industries combined. Only in this way can we improve the living standards of rural residents and ensure local ethnic villages inherent style, continuity of cultural landscape, then ultimately promote the full and harmonious development of man and nature, and offer successful experience to the stage rural construction in Southwest Minority Regions.
