Smart Grid is the latest development and improvement’s tends of the world’s electric power system. And it is considered as a major scientific and technological innovation in the 21st century and the development trend of the power system. Smart grid is a systematic complex notion, involving all levels of primary equipment, secondary equipment, control and management and even the user side. Among them, measuring meter, communications and network infrastructure for realizing low power consumption, automatic measurement and controlling have been become one of the key technologies, which have also been the direction of management for energy metering progressive development in the power enterprise. Because of the new management idea, efficient management tools and new technologies, the increasing numbers of new products with it been carried out in practice, the new requirements have been proposed in the energy metering device. Metering management is the basis of electricity marketing management. Only the metering device reaches standardized management, the administration of power marketing can really be improved, which simultaneously meet the needs of smart grid development. The development of electric energy collection system technology will be greatly facilitated, while the application of technology will also be pushed to the front. Some previous research and application has been done on the project risk management of electric energy collection system. Many mature theoretical models and methods have been established. The current domestic electric energy collection system is mainly studied in this paper. In this paper, the entropy and probability of occurrence of each schedule risk factors have been calculated during schedule risk analysis and assessment in the electric energy system based on the current research status quo at home and abroad. On this basis, the process of risk identification system has been analyses in details various risk factors from four aspects of costs, technology, organization, and environment, with an electric energy collection system in a certain Power Authority from Endorses an example. Schedule risk factors from the theoretical and practical aspects have been analyzed in three-dimensional and multi-angle. Then, practical recommendations will be presented to the managers in the aspect of progress risk control.
