| According to the overall goal of the "Eleventh Five-Year" Electricity Marketing Development Plan of State Grid Corporation of China,in order to accelerate the standardized construction of marketing metering,meter reading and charging,and the company’s informatization construction,in order to further enhance the company’s intensive,lean and standardized management Level,it is necessary to comprehensively build a comprehensive power information collection system(hereinafter referred to as "power consumption information collection system").In order to achieve the goal of“full coverage and full collection” of power users within the scope of the State Grid Corporation of China,the future will effectively change the status quo that has not been able to fully,timely and accurately grasp power user information for a long time,and meet the needs of all levels and various aspects of the State Grid Corporation’s system.Professionals’ urgent need for power users’ electricity consumption information has historically promoted the modern management of the power industry.The current development focus of power companies has gone from the original production and power generation to improving user experience and strengthening power management,and the process of market-oriented reform of the power system is also constantly advancing.For the electricity consumption information collection system,it faces very high requirements in terms of function,safety,real-time,monitoring point range and collection content.At the same time,under the current background of accelerating economic and social development,the construction of rural and urban areas should also keep up.Especially in the construction of rural power grids,the construction of urban and rural power grids must not be left behind.Therefore,under the premise of meeting the needs of the overall development of the State Grid,it is imperative to scientifically and effectively construct an intelligent and highly efficient user information collection system,which can not only effectively provide support for the intelligentization of the grid,but also Improve the service level of electric power companies,so that the majority of electricity customers can feel the convenience brought by intelligence.The power integrated energy information collection system studied in this paper analyzes the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system,and proposes a unified plan for the main station,collection terminal,and communication channel to provide theoretical support for the functional design of the power consumption information collection system.Combining with the current situation of the marketing collection business personnel,a demand analysis is put forward,and the preliminary theory of the power integrated energy information collection system is researched.On the basis of in-depth research on the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system,the corresponding architecture design framework is obtained,so as to build the entire power integrated energy information collection system.According to the power company’s requirements for the collection system and the design of the main structure,the specific functional design plan of the power integrated energy information collection system is proposed,mainly through the front-end computer function,data collection management,query statistics,file management,prepaid management,and electricity consumption.This article uses Java development language,structured query language(Structured Query Language),hereinafter referred to as SQL database,B/S system architecture,and Windows IIS development platform for implementation,and finally performs system security testing and performance testing. |
