With the rapid development of computer and the continuous improvement of the CFD technology, makes CFD technology be method of the most practical to electrical cabinet ventilation cooling system analysis and design, and save time and effort to make up for the deficiency of the traditional design,so as to further perfect the process of design and convenient.Based on the 4400 horsepower main locomotive electrical cabinet ventilation cooling system as the research object. Using three dimensional software Cero on the analysis of the structure of electrical cabinets and ventilation mode, then inside the electrical cabinet is established in ANSYS FLUENT software calculation model of the whole flow field, and generate the mesh. Reuse the software on internal flow field numerical simulation calculation,electrical cabinet inside the electrical cabinet ventilation cooling system is obtained by calculating the gas flow characteristics, the main analysis under different conditions of temperature in the system of distribution, including the temperature of the air duct distribution,temperature distribution in the various electrical components and relative radiator temperature distribution. Through the analysis of the temperature distribution show that both the front and the temperature distribution of least deviation between, but basically meet the design requirements, and only in a dirty filter, environmental temperature 50 ℃, with a maximum temperature of radiator without meet the design requirements.For a radiator highest temperature does not meet the design requirements of the situation.Through the cooling air duct in the flow field are analyzed, several optimization of cooling air duct structure. Then the optimized cooling air duct for the flow field analysis, the analysis results show that the flow characteristics of gas inside the air duct got obvious improvement,make the whole electrical cabinet ventilation structure meets the design requirements. |
