Based On The Theory Of The Living Area In Gannan Tibetan Construction Of New Rural Community

The Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southwest of Gansu Province. Its northeast edge is the margin of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. It is north to the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, South to Sichuan Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, east to Huangnan of Qinghai Province, and west to Dingxi, Longxi area of Gansu Province. It is the joint zone between Tibetan Plateau and the Loess Plateau. The total square is more than 38748 square kilometers., most of the areas are plateaus and mountains, with an average altitude of 3000 meters, Therefore its natural conditions are significantly different.Because of the China’s long-term policy of urban and rural dual system, there is lack of communication and connection between urban and rural and the income gap is expanding. and the income gap is expanding. As a result of the short of infrastructure, public facilities, and the low level of social services, the deterioration of the living condition in rural areas is common. In order to improve this situation, the government propose the policy of "construction of new rural community" timely.Currently the construction of new rural communities is developing fast, no matter in theory or in practice.But the study of Gannan Tibetan rural community is rarely involved in the academic circles,due to its specialty of geographical location, climatic conditions, and people’s living style and the religion belief religious. The study of construction of new rural communities in Gannan Tibetan rural is involves not only social, economic, cultural, technology and other aspects of the problem, but also involves people’s life style and psychology. This thesisis hoping to bring a new rural community development model for Gannan Tibetan area.In this article, with the application of life-circle theory and practice of both here and abroad, villagers living area status and daily habits were researched. Two villages were selected to support the research. Through in-depth research of the two villages’ development modal, we summarizes the applicable scope of the typical new rural community construction mode, hoping to make constructive significance to the new rural community development in Gannan Tibetan region.As it is difficult to find a common model, this article only hopes to explore a replicable and new ideas to provide reference for the planning and construction of new rural communities in the region.
