Test And Simulation Analysis On Reducer In WTGS Propeller Pitch Variator

Variable pitch as one of the key parts of high power wind motor drive,it directly influences the dynamic performance of the overall performance of the wind motor.The secondary cycloid pin gear speed reducer developed by Dalian Jiaotong university and Qinchuan machine tool factory,as a newly developed variable pitch drive, and the dynamic performance of the prototype is particular concern for designers. Evaluating the specific design of the reducer prototype with the actual measured, according to the actual measurement of dynamic data values, continuously improve the structure of the reducer to improve overall performance.Through dynamic simulation based on ADAMS, simulated reducer under different conditions of operation, comparing the vibration.This paper studies the main content of:(1)First,it introduced the concrete structure and transmission principle of the test of the prototype.According to the general gear type testing method(JB/T5077-91),determine the test scheme of cycloid pin gear speed reducer, Plan to measure speed respectively of 300 r/min, 600 r/min, 900 r/min,1200 r/min and 1500 r/min,load conditions under no load and full load of 7500 Nm respectively 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%.It tests cycloid pin gear transmission efficiency of the prototype testing, temperature, noise and vibration Respectively in the different groups.choose JC2 E speed torque tester, INV9206 sound pressure sensor, INV9822 accelerator sensor, INV3020 series 24-bits high-performance data acquisition analyzer and other hardware facilities to form a test rig.(2)Sorting statistics measurements respectively, and draw into a TAB, then draw a line chart according to different situations, analyze the change rule of different measurements.it describe the performance of the cycloid pin gear speed reducer With data objectively.(3) Based on Adams platform,it establish a simplified dynamic model of gear reducer test system, Simulation of 300 r/min, 600 r/min speed load conditions the vibration of the high-speed shaft.Comparing and analyzing the simulation frequency spectrum and measure the frequency spectrum,summarizing the simulation and actual test of the same rule, explain the reason for the law appeared, provide a reference basis for the subsequent simulation.
