Driven by the exhaustive demands for reducer with high accuracy and high efficiency,this thesis deals with cycloidal profile modification and multi-tooth meshing contact characteristics of the RV reducer,aiming at providing reference for transmission precision analysis and machine feature research of the RV reducer.The whole study process developed with the financial aid of the national high technology research and development projects.The contributions are as follows:The modified cycloid profile formula is established by adopting the inversion method.Then the backlash analysis model of cycloid-pin gear transmission with profile modification and machining error is formulated on the basis of gear engagement principle,which established theoretical bases for analysis of the influence of cycloidal profile modification and dimensional tolerance on cycloid-pin transmission mechanism backlash.The impact of dimensional deviation on cycloidal profile is analyzed,moreover,a modification method of cycloidal profile,compensating cycloidal profile modifi-cation for components of dimensional deviation and targeting at the minimum backlash,was illuminated,which provided a new idea for the modification of cycloidal profile.The RV reducer static mathematic model is developed according to analyzing the mechanical characteristics of key components,meanwhile cycloid-pin multi-tooth meshing contact coordinate is determined and contact force analysis model is built.The research offered an effective method in learning meshing force distribution rule of cycloid-pin gear transmission.The finite element modeling method of RV reducer is established,including key structure modeling methods of involute planetary gear pair,revolute pair and cycloidpin contact.On this basis,statics simulation research is developed,which provided reference for the whole machine structure research of the RV reducer.
