With the developm ent of society people put much attention to the ir personal health. People’s shoulder,neck and hauch pains cause d by facing com puter for a long time is now pretty much the agenda for the society. Fumigation and steam ing therapy can prom ote metabolism and increase local blood circulation alleviate physical pain.This paper based on Ergonom ics and taking full account of different people body sizes. Firstly, a pattern of different body sizes have established which using Ergonomics to design the structure of fum igation facility in CATIA. Then by usi ng DMU module to analysis the ability of fumigation bed lifting back conditi on. By using ANSYS Wo rkbench to mesh the fumigation facility three-dimensional model, For the purpose to ensure the stab ility of flow field simulation design the optimization experiment in meshing quality through DE module in ANSYS. Based on FL UENT to analysis differe nt working conditions which include the distribution of tem perature and velocity. By changing each working conditions variables make the distribution of te mperature and velo city in f umigation chamber much better. Finally the control system of the device has b een analysed in detail, and reasonable circuit element has been selected to design the program flow diagram of system using the electrical schematic diagram.
