Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy,as one of the long-standing physiotherapy methods,has a good effect on the treatment of many diseases.Combined with other treatment methods,its curative effect is better.Fumigation treatment equipment is also welcomed by hospitals at all levels and the majority of patients,and become an important part of disease prevention and rehabilitation physiotherapy.However,at present,most of the fumigation equipment in China has the problems,for example,the temperature of water containing traditional Chinese medicine rises slowly,the temperature and quantity of water vapor containing traditional Chinese medicine are unstable,and risk of scalding is high.In view of the existing problems,according to national new pharmaceutical industry standards for fumigation equipment,with funding from a medical device company,an air compression atomization fumigation treatment instrument with accurate infrared temperature measurement function,adjustable and controllable temperature and pressure of medicated steam is designed and implemented.The research is divided into the following two parts:(1)Study on Methods of Fumigation Treatment Instrument.It is mainly divided into two parts: environmental temperature error compensation of skin infrared temperature measurement and design of the fuzzy PID controller based on the Smith predictor.On the basis of the infrared temperature measurement principle and heat balance relationship of human body,the temperature data collected by the infrared temperature measurement module are filtered and pretreated,and then the measuring distance for minimum error is determined by experimental method to be 2 ~ 4 cm,Finally,the compensation formula of ambient temperature is obtained by fitting the least square principle,and the error is less than 0.1 ℃.Study on the relationship between physic liquor temperature and fog-steam temperature of fumigation treatment instrument The model of heater temperature control and atomization chamber pressure control is established by the tangent method,and the fuzzy PID controller is designed.According to the large delay characteristics of the control object,the Smith predictor is used to compensate for the delay.(2)System Implementation of Fumigation Treatment Instrument.The fumigation treatment instrument system is divided into the main control system module,skin infrared temperature measurement module,and display module according to its function.The STM32F103C8T6 is selected as the main control chip,and the temperature fitting compensation algorithm and the improved PID controller are transplanted into the system.The VDUS configuration screen is used to realize human-computer interaction.The data acquisition circuit,power supply circuit,drive circuit and wireless communication circuit are designed independently.Through hardware,software,and overall debugging,the function of fumigation treatment instrument has been realized,which can produce fumigation steam with set temperature and strength,quick response,small overshoot,and steady-state error less than 0.2 ℃ and 0.3 k Pa,respectively.At the same time,the atomization fumigation treatment instrument can measure the skin temperature of the affected body in realtime and accurately.The measurement error is less than 0.1 ℃,and the safety and reliability are high.It has important reference significance for the research and development and application of traditional Chinese medicine medical devices. |
