With the rapid development of mechanical and electronic industry in China, the enameled wire used in electrical machine increased significantly. Especially the rise of electric cars for energy conservation and environmental protection. Every electric car need use a lot of enameled wire, including enameled wire with general performance, high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance, and other special enameled wire,etc. The development of enameled wire is bound to drive the improvement of production and process technology. The progress of a new type of enameled wire is relatively slow, due to the less material exploited which is fit for enameled wire,and because the current types of enameled wire can meet the demand of the market.However,after many times of development, the processing technology of enameled wire, has developed from the original artificial scraping and porcelain to chemical reagent technology used to peel the wire.Its drawbacks existed in traditional peeling technology has been exposed gradually as the demand for enameled wire has rapidly increased.Eg.the artificial scraping and porcelain technology usually leave the stress injuries on enameled wire’s metal inner core, which influence intensity of enameled wire heavily, and have a low efficiency of peeling. It cannot meet a large amount of peeling requirements.Although to learn peeling technology by using reagent can make up the drawbacks of artificial scraping and porcelain to some degree, there is a big problem in itself.Above all,the chemical reagent is bad for human body. It also need to be equipped with complicated cleaning process of residual chemical reagent.Numerical control type of peeler occupies the main position in the enameled wire peeling process gradually due to advantages of peeling with high efficiency, small pollution, simple operation, reliable quality.The paper focuses on with numerical control type of peeling machine, and carry on a simple analysis of the principle of the four parts of mechanical structure including the straightening, peeling, feeding, and cutting off of peeling machine. Then will put forward some improvement measures.The effect of the overall parallel straightening part is not ideal, and only one-dimensional bending of enameled wire can be done. According to the different straightening amount of enameled wire needed between the line wheel and the wire wheel, it put forward the whole titling straightening mechanism of the enameled wire, which is to increase the amount of straightening roller in line wheel, and reduce the amount of wire wheel.As for the tangent part, the original institutions need to rely on taper sleeve which will cause the blade to axial displacement and incomplete peeling.So it puts forward the blade rotation tool which will supply cutting force by centrifugal force.The wire feeding part uses the wire feeding roller continuous sent to institutions, and has overcome the traditional shortcomings of low efficiency of wire feeding and of repeated positioning, poor positioning accuracy of the wire feeding.Wire feeding system adopts CNC design. It can ensure the quality of the peeling, and slow down the speed when peeling, while it’s not peeling, it can increase the speed, in order to guarantee the peeling efficiency.The cutting mechanism adopted blade of 0.02 ~ 0.1 mm width. Before being cut off, the enameled wire will be extruded by the blade and generate elastic-plastic deformation,, in order to ensure that the enameled wire can present round cut surface.
