Abstract/Summary:
Buried pipeline will cause medium leakage accident due to reasons such as corrosion, aging or suffer damage, especially the urban gas pipeline leakage accident not only waste of resources, but often make the people life fall into danger. So, when the underground of city gas pipeline is running, it needs regular inspection, and fixing the pipeline leak, solder, evaluating the leaks threaten of pipeline defect area, to ensure the safety of the buried pipeline operation. The paper, in combine with research fund, uses the detection method of active infrared thermal imaging to research the method of pipeline defect detection.Based on of pipeline robot mobile platform, the active infrared thermal imaging pipeline detection method analyzes the theory of heat conduction, the finite element analysis method, infrared thermal imaging technology and image processing technology to solve the problem of defect location flaw detection of pipeline, defects in shape recognition, and quantitative analysis of defect parameters. Firstly, to determine the detection scheme according to the existing pipeline defect detection technique and pipeline robot of this topic; using finite element simulation software ANSYS, in the experiment, to analyze the effect of various parameters for the temperature distribution, and confirm the feasibility of this program in theory. Secondly, to determine active heating pattern according to actual designing specimen of experiment’s needs and the simulation results; actually,, the first of experiment is to test and verify the result of simulation, and the second of experiment is to discuss the best parameters of experiment circumstance, and confirm the best circumstance parameters of the part of defect quantitative analysis. Then, the part of data processing combines image processing technology to distinguish the defect shape of defect thermal image of collect in above experiment, area evaluation and quantitative analysis of depth information. In view of the above tasks, the associated general algorithm has been designed, which can be very good for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the defect.With the accelerated process of urban gas pipeline, the problem of the safety of pipeline is increasingly prominent. Research of pipeline robot and the methods of the pipeline safety testing is more meaningful, which not only ensures the urban pipeline safety and reduces the probability of accidents, but also improves the safety management level of urban pipeline network, extends the service period of pipeline network, and brings corresponding economic benefits.
