Infrared thermal imaging technology is able to achieve the target object real-time observation,and image technology to capture the target according to the target infrared radiation detection equipment An infrared image electrical equipment dynamic analysis and processing method proposed in this paper,the thermal fault of equipment in the power distribution cabinet for automatic identification,greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of recognition.This paper uses a spatial gray enhancement algorithm enhancement algorithm and median filter to preprocess the image,and then use the K-means clustering algorithm,segmentation and image edge feature extraction from the surrounding complex environment This paper mainly aims at the infrared recognition of two parts,three objects,namely transformer and three-phase power equipment,three-phase power equipment selected casing and arrester as the research object According to the shape features of the transformer in the feature extraction using Canny detection method and then through the characteristics of the normalized correlation coefficient based on the maximum matching method and K-means clustering method to determine the final edge,using linear least squares fitting to determine the fault location.Three phase power equipment identification using the method of mathematical morphology image processing,in accordance with the barycenter and area information to determine their respective regional three-phase power equipment,in order to clear the boundaries of recognition.The goal is to identify temperature according to the color scale for the highest temperature automatic electrical equipment in the target region,the lowest temperature and the average temperature,and the statistical number of pixels of each device in each temperature interval and its proportion.In the part of image pixels and color to points on the precision than the corresponding situation.In this paper,the method of pixel value of squared Euclidean distance matching all pixels gives the approximate temperature value,and finally construct the temperature field of the equipmentThis part according to the fault identification of electric equipment technical guide for infrared diagnosis "determine whether electric equipment fault,fault type and severity.The formation of casing,transformer,complete the process of fault diagnosis of arrester,so as to realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment power distribution cabinet.
