The Optimization Research Of Data Change Control System For LKJ Train Running Monitoring Device

In this paper, the author find out the internal reasons of data change errors, and put forward the corresponding counter measures to improve this problem. The author do this research based on a large number of studies about the main functions、the system structure、the related technologies of LKJ train running monitoring device, and about the functions and features of the existing LKJ data change control system in Chengdu railway bureau, and through the analysis of LKJ data change management flow process and field operation process. In this paper, the author do a lot of work to optimization research the existing LKJ data change control system.There are the following several aspects in the main research work:First of all, describing the main functions、the system structure、the related technologies of LKJ2000 train running monitoring device and the relationship between LKJ device and LKJ data, making a preliminary understanding about LKJ2000 train running monitoring device.Secondly, describing the structure of LKJ data and LKJ data files to further understand the importance of LKJ data and LKJ data change work. Searching the cause about LKJ data change errors through the analysis of LKJ data change management flow process and field operation process.Thirdly, researching the functions and features of the existing LKJ data change control system in Chengdu railway bureau, analyzing its defects and disadvantages, finding out the cause why the existing LKJ data change control system cannot effectively control it when the data change errors occur.Fourthly, putting forward the optimization measures about LKJ data change control in Chengdu railway bureau, it includes two aspects. On the one hand is equipment reinforcement, introducing the version check instruments to integrate into the existing LKJ data change control system to realize the goal of displaying the data change results on the version check instruments. On the other hand is program optimization, making the right judgment about the various data change results through perfecting the internal judgment process of LKJ data change control system.Finally, building test bench to complete the simulation experiments. Simulating various situations at the laboratory, comparing the simulation results and the expected results, and confirming the study scheme is feasible.The optimized LKJ data change control system can do a full closed loop control during the whole process of LKJ data change, transforming the old “control by man” model to the new “control by machine” model. It can effectively put an end to LKJ data change out of scope、ahead of time、wrong of version、omission of locomotive, truly achieve the aim of security and stabilization.
