| Reform and opening up 30 years great changes have taken place in China,at the beginning of the new century our country’s city construction and the development of the real estate industry ushered in the blowout,in each place occupies a very important role in urban development.Development time is shorter,but the landscape engineering owing to different reasons in the landscape engineering design changes not only bring pressure to the cost,time limit for a project,and is difficult to guarantee the final effect if party a want.In this thesis,we study the purpose is to research and analysis the problems of the changes in landscape engineering.In this thesis,we study method is to query data through literature analysis method to decompose the research object,the detailed analysis of the causes of change,identify the classification and relationship between the change factors,on the basis of predecessors’ research,through comparing the different change measures,for the purpose of the various measures and landscape engineering change compare analysis,for the change manager in the future projects to provide the reference of dealing with change basis.By determining the influencing factors of engineering change options set,appraisal analysis model is established.Analysis of evaluation model characteristic vector is calculated between the layers,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the change in the optimal solution.This thesis research significance is based on the analysis of landscape engineering change and change management measures.Study to establish evaluation model system.Can provide the basis for landscape engineering management decisions.In the practical engineering project managers to effectively control unreasonable change,guide the advantageous change.Modified waste landscape engineering deviation to reduce cost.At the same time guarantee the effect of landscape engineering,by controlling the change maximum limit to realize the value of landscape engineering. |
